Hey all,

My name is Sebastian. My friend Jana has introducedme to this site and I'm very excited. I'm hoping to change my life style instead of just diet and excercise. I'm tired of being unhealthy and 150 lbs overwieght. I'm hoping here I can find encouragement, accountablitly, and the right path. If you would like the same add me. I would love to help you as well.
