Motivation buddies!

Hey guys im looking for people who have weight to lose and want to compete biggest loser styles.

weigh in will be mondays.

We will have weekly challenges, such as: 50 squats a day, 50 sit ups a day, 2 litres of water a day etc. These will change from week to week.

It will be ongoing for about 3 months and whoever has lost the most at the end of the 3 months will get some kind of reward. Not quite sure what yet. Will discuss that with whoever wants to join

Preferably someone within my timezone so australia/ new zealand,

any takers message me privately please! :)

  • I'm interested, but I don't have that much to lose comparatively ! (around 8kg) so I'd definitely lose on the weigh ins unless it was ratio to current weight or something instead of straight kg? damn.

    But i really need motivation so maybe that doesn't matter ?

    Just talking to myself now really...
