I had ones on my thighs that I was able to get completely rid of with mederma. Granted the stretch marks weren't that old and I was pretty young when I used it and it did take a long time but it worked. Its worth a try even if it doesn't totally make them go away.

If you are sick, you shouldn't go to the gym. You're going to get other people sick. Workout at home if you feel up to it.

How about some veggie soup? Small amount of calories but will kill your hunger. I honestly cannot go to bed hungry. I don't sleep well. Or maybe just do a warm cup of tea.

I actually decided to cut out artificial sweetners for just one week. My sugar was truvia for the week (artificial but mostly natural). So naturally I had to give up diet coke. Well I went out to eat after my week was up and got a diet coke. It was horrible, tasted so nasty!

Water weight comes off first and will account for a lot of your weight in the first couple weeks. Itll slow down.

My friend told me about a book he read, having to do with the inside of a runner's mind, and one tip when I started running was just tell yourself that you like the pain. And before I hurt my knee, I was able to run for 20 minutes straight and that was a record for me. Running is all about the mind.

I do not watch cooking shows when I'm on a diet. Its just asking for trouble. Hungry girl should be fine but Barefoot Contessa, Paula Dean, and the Neelys not such a great idea lol. Especially "Stick of Butter" Paula lol.

Scared of change. Scared of what the weight loss would mean. And TVs on the treadmills that tilt. Not everyone is average height, and my gym has tvs on the treadmills but I can barely see the picture unless I'm about to fall off the treadmill because I'm so short :(

Well its honestly one of those things where you could experience a multitude of problems or barely any. But you lack of energy and general blah feeling makes me think you're experience something not right in your body. Only way to tell is a blood test. Talk to your doc about it.

Sounds like you have everything figured out. The only thing you need in addition to that is time to get to your goal weight :-)
