How much water to drink during weight training.
I usually drink two 750ml containers of water with Post RX BCAA during a weight workout so 6 glasses of water a glass being a cup/250ml. My workout is either 70 mins or 60mins depending on what I am working on. Is this too much water during a workout? not enough? I will have already had 4 cups/1 litre by the time I workout…

What was your fitness wake up call?
for those of us that have not been working out since birth, did you have a fitness wake up call? Mine came 2 years ago while watching my mother slip quickly into advanced Alzheimer's and realizing it could be me in 10-15 years. My only regret is it took me so long to 'wake up' but better late than never.

Most of us have fitness goals we have been working on and will continue to work on. I am wondering what everyone's BIGGEST NON-fitness goal is for 2015. Get out more? take up a new sport?
