Whey
Is anyone familiar with whey that is sold for weight lifters. I am thinking about using it as a source of protein. During the day I would like to take a snack of protein and have given it some thought using whey. Is anyone familiar with whey? Does this seen like a good idea?

Avocado Oil
I was using strictly olive oil in lieu of butter, margarine, oils but discovered that I was getting too many hidden calories from it. A woman at my health club suggested that I use avocado oil. Has anyone used it? What is the differences between olive oil and avocado oils?

I think it is important to have fat in my diet. There are some forms of it that are good. How are some ways that I can add "good" fat to my diet?

Tired when exercising
I work out at Orange theory every other day and try to push myself. This past weekend I dropped a couple of pounds when I thought I had too many calories (2,000). Usually I have about 1,600 to 1,800 on a normal day. This morning I was exhausted for no apparent reason. Could I be tired from lake of protein in my diet?

Olive Oil
I cooked exclusively with olive oil. I worked at cleaning up my eliminating rice, flour sugar, junk food and increased vegetables and fruit. I dropped 15 pounds and then cam to a screeching hault.
