I think it is important to have fat in my diet. There are some forms of it that are good. How are some ways that I can add "good" fat to my diet?

Nuts is a good one, full fat dairy (Greek yogurt etc), olive oil etc.

Nuts, nut butters, avocados, eggs, saute or roast veggies in olive or avocado oil, etc. The only truly bad fat is trans fats...I'm still on the wagon of keeping saturated fats to recommended amounts, but they are also a necessary fat and play a large roll in testosterone production.

Extra virgin olive oil, nuts, avocado

Extra virgin olive oil: add it in salads with vinegar, make it with garlic bread or make it a dip for bread, use it to saute veggies on low heat

Nuts: peanuts, walnuts (these also have omegas)

Avocado: Make guacamole, add it in a panini or grilled cheese, add it in salads

A woman at my health club turned me on to avocado oil. I like it because it has a high flash point.
