Down 38 lbs. Almost at goal
So, I broke the 160 lbs barrier this morning! I have lost 38 lbs since September 8th and I am now at 158 lbs. My goal is 155 lbs, so I will begin my maintenance diet shortly. Almost 30 lbs gone!
What a great morning! Stepped on the scale to see a new record low! I've lost 28.2 lbs since September. I am just a few lbs away from my goal and I could not have done it without MFP. Feeling great Merry Xmas, Chanukah, Kwanza :)
