Losing 2 pounds per week or more!

I started with my fitnesspal app on Sept 8th at 196 lbs. I am down to 178 pounds or 18 pounds lost. I am so excited to have finally committed myself to losing. My goal is 165 and at 5'8", that is a pretty standard weight. I would be happy with 170. I don't really work out yet, but I do walk quite a bit, about 4 miles per day minimum. I am also driving my co workers nuts cause I announce the calories in everything! Thank you myfitnesspal!

    Kudos to you! I just started using MFP faithfully again (4 days in....no lbs lost...no surprise, too soon)! Lol. Hopefully I'll have the same testimonial of 2lbs per week in a couple of months! Keep it up - you're doing great!
