Psyllium husk question
I'm experimenting with the Atkins induction plan and they recommend a tbsp of psyllium husks per day to avoid bowel issues. I've had these issues before when I've been eating keto and am keen to avoid them this time! So does anyone have any tips for taking psyllium husks? How do you eat yours? :)

Carbs in chewing gum?
I can't seem to find any data on the carbs in gum? Does it count if you just chew it and don't eat it? :lol: I usually have a couple of pieces of Airwaves Menthol & Eucalyptus per day, and although it says sugar-free I'm worried it's upping my carb levels :/ does anyone have any suggestions?
