how come when you choose "strength training" instead of "cardio" your exercise diary doesn't show the calories you burnt doing it?
what exercises have you guys done to reduce belly fat? and what foods have helped you guys reduce belly fat? I'm having trouble in that area would really appreciate some advice. thanks.
