There are no exercises to spot reduce and no magic foods. Eat in a calorie deficit and it will come off as it does from everywhere.0 -
Hi there! Have you had a chance to read through some of the stickied posts at the top of each of the boards? This one in particular might be a really great starting point for you: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1161603/so-you-want-a-nice-stomach/p10

You can't spot reduce. Lose fat all over and eventually it will come off your stomach. The answer to the question starts in the kitchen.0

Restraint, I exercise restraint regarding my caloric intake, It's the only way to deal with fat.

For exercise I do a combo of cardio and strength training. To be more specific I do P90X3. As for the food, eating whole food is best. Watch your calories and remember that you don't have to change your whole diet overnight. It's OK to start with small steps. It also doesn't hurt to have a positive attitude and be patient0

I have reduced belly fat (along with back fat, leg fat, arm fat, but fat - pretty much fat in general, wherever it wants to come off) by eating all my favorite foods at a small calorie deficit. I exercise (weights, running, kickboxing, walking, occasionally hiking, sometimes dancing) which allows me to eat even more of those favorite foods, because I burn more and therefore get to eat more.0

Unfortunately this. I've had a fat stomach my entire life (first fat comment came in kindergarten when a kid told me I looked pregnant!). Stomach and upper arms are the last to go for me, and I'm betting I won't get them as lean as I want to this time around before going on my first bulk.0 -

ugh I need to do more cardio lol. I think once I finish losing I'm going to do bulks in the winter so I can just stick to my minimal routine and still eat plenty, and then in the summer I can do stuff outside of the gym and eat more food that way. Like hell I'm doing any fun cardio when I need to wear a winter coat, hat, gloves, and potentially ski pants LOL0
