Only need to loose about 5lbs - work out 6 times a week so cannot increase my activity level but can sure tighten things up on my diary!! Finding it so hard....any advice? TIA
I just wonder - do you all eat because it is bfast/lunchtime or dinner time? Or do you eat when you get hungry?

I am a runner and had to stop for a couple of months due to a stress fracture. I am trying to stay at 1200 calories a day; but I am finding it hard to stay on track. The calories add up quick and I am usually still hungry. What do you eat to stay at this level?
