Tracking food for the day, but with no named meals
I am wondering if this is possible? What I mean is this; just having one meal called "Today" and everything I eat or drink for the day just goes there. I mean in my mind, it all comes out the same at the end of a given day if you are macro focused. Are there any pitfalls to this? Any potential benefits beyond…

Accurately tracking exercises like cycling
I have a FitBit Ionic that does a pretty fair job of tracking cycle rides (and other stuff like hikes, walks, etc) with it's built-in GPS. In short, it is fine for my meager needs as an older guy trying to get/stay in good condition. Of course the the bigger factor is diet, and MFP does a great job of tracking what I eat.…

Seeking guidance on FitBit/MFP interaction and exercise logging
I have a FitBit One that I use to track my daily step count and it is syncing fine with MFP. I also do a daily workout on my elliptical trainer which is a model with NO arm levers, but it does have a heart rate strap and does inclines and so forth. It is a Precor EFX 5.23 if that matters. In any event, what I am wondering…

Dinner for one?
I'm in a situation where generally for 1-3 evenings per week I am on my own for dinner. Can anyone point to or cite any existing threads, web sites or recipes or other suggestions for nutritious dinners for one that are under 400 calories (or close to)?

Any way to log "Walking - 3.25mph pace" if that entry doesn't exist?
Searching the exercises I can choose walking at 3.0mph or 3.5mph, but my actual pace is 3.25mph which is not available. Any way to log that some how, or otherwise fudge the numbers to make it equivalent?

Safe yet effective weight loss - pounds per week and calories per day?

Low carb newbie...looking for a lifestyle change with initial weight loss @ 20 pounds
So I never thought much about what I ate, until I hit 50+ and could no longer run it off. Still, 17 years after active duty retirement I weigh maybe 20 pounds more than the day I took the uniform off which I figure isn't so bad at age 57. But what IS bad is my perpetually high blood pressure (controlled by meds),…

Anyone know if Premium is pro rated refundable?
If I get a year (a much more cost effective long term option), and I later decide to stop using MyFitnessPal, is any remaining time left on that year refundable? I'm guessing "no", but thought I'd ask anyway.

Any way to get JUST non-asterisk items in a food search?
Just curious as I would like to first check those items and only get into "User added" items if needs be.
