New Year's Menu
What is your menu for New Year's? I have kids, and I'm doing a cheese/fruit/cracker plate and crudités, potato-cheddar chowder, and graham cracker eclair cake. I haven't decided if I like this menu well enough to make it Tradition.

Thanksgiving Dressing Recipe Request
I made Thanksgiving Dinner this year, first time in quite a while. I was pleased with most dishes, but my stuffing wasn't so great. My sister uses Stove Top, but I'm just not ready to go there. Any favorites out there? Thanks!

Fear of running
I'm obese. I was 260, now I'm 213. I had running goals, but developed plantar fasciitis from using the treadmill in the fall. The pain is mostly gone, now. I am comfortable on the elliptical and strider, and I lift. But I don't have running goals anymore, for fear of re-injuring myself. Thoughts?

Battle scars -- pic inc
Today (after warming up with lighter weights) I deadlifted 155 lbs, 25 reps. These are the callouses, the battle scars in my fight against fat. I'm proud of them. One year ago I don't think I could have lifted the bar!

2014: 260 lb to 220 lb
Hi, I lost 40 lbs in 2014. Anticipating more weight loss in 2015! Keeping a log at InchwormByInchworm.wordpress.com 2014 was mostly familiarizing myself with the gym. 2015 is more about portion control and meal planning and counting calories.
