Depresssion?

Snow shoes?
Anybody out there use snow shoes? My husband and I are thinking of getting some (and praying for decent snow this year) but don't really know anything about them. We are wanting to use them for exercise - snow shoeing where we normally walk when there is no snow. Snow shoes v. cross country skis? Any opinions! Thanks

I'm not hungry, on maintenance. What now?
I am on maintenance and have manually given myself 1800 calories to stay at the same weight. It works, but what to do when I am not hungry and am nowhere near my calories for the day? Surely there must be someone out there with this dilemma.

Help! Still losing weight!
I went on maintenance in May. Since then I have lost 11 more pounds! I know, I know, we all ate a bazillion calories to get large so why is it so hard to stop deficit eating? Repetitive exercise
I have been working out on the elliptical 2x a day for a few weeks, increasing my time to 30-35 minutes each session. Do I need to change things up? Or is it ok to do the same exercise all the time? I ride my stationary bike most days and walk outside, weather permitting. I also do some strength exercises.

What motivates me, what motivates you?
I suppose I never quite though about my motivation until today. I have been here since October and have lost 16 lbs. I was able to zip up my favorite jacket today :smiley: , something I have not been able to do since last April. I gained lots of weight last year after quitting smoking.
