Repetitive exercise

I have been working out on the elliptical 2x a day for a few weeks, increasing my time to 30-35 minutes each session. Do I need to change things up? Or is it ok to do the same exercise all the time? I ride my stationary bike most days and walk outside, weather permitting. I also do some strength exercises.

Sounds incredibly boring but beyond that I doubt it matters much.0

Strength training will protect your joints to a degree, but it's a good idea to switch things up so they don't feel the same kind of stress from the same motions all the time. Maybe do the elliptical every other day, and take a class or do a video instead?0

I try to walk 60 minutes every day and today I tried some jogging. That's pretty much all I do is walk.0
