Weekly/monthly gain for a clain bulk?
Been bulking for a while. Didnt really seem to gain too much so i upped my calories now i gained 0.5 in a week which may be water weight but i think i look fatter as well. What should be the aim of an average gain of weight in a month without gaining too much fat?

Alcohol free til june 1st
Whos down? Ive been alcoholfree over a month and 2 and a bit to go now. Nothing stimulates weight loss/gain like not drinking.

Hey havent missed a workout in months, been doing 5 times a week split and its been all good. This week I had two rest days after each other and when i returned i just felt so weak. Tip for those having trouble reaching their calory goal
Overnight oats! If youve heard of them perfect if not use them. Ive found that these are perfect for starting your day with a big calory boost. Can't find the burned calories of my strength building program?
Hey I just started out here to count my calories and I want to gain weight. I mostly use the 5x5 program in the gym and that obviously also burns calories. Is there a way I can track those calories because it seems that only the cardiovascular excersises can be tracked to calories cheers Lars
