Whos down? Ive been alcoholfree over a month and 2 and a bit to go now. Nothing stimulates weight loss/gain like not drinking.

this is actually a really good idea...since I suffered from a really bad hang over yesterday lmao but it's going to be a hard one for me :(

Hangover causes missed workouts leading to inconsistency. Has always been a big problem for me. Havent missed a workout in 2 months x5 a week now

I plan to make it through April, but I'm not drinking right now in general. Nothing stalls my workouts like alcohol, and from personal experience, it's much harder to get and stay lean when alcohol is part of the diet. Not saying weight loss is harder, because I do believe CICO is accurate, but body composition means a whole lot more to me than the scale.

Same here, it even made me miss work! I'm going to do it, but I'll allow myself a glass of wine once a week.

Impressive! Dont think i would give up alcohol completely though. Nothing like a cold beer on a terrace in the sun

I'd like to join in, even though its already part way through May. I did dry January with a friend and it really helped. I need to have a reason to keep going so joining a group is great for me. Thanks

Just seeing this, but I'll start today! I swear I can probably count on two hands the amount of days in a year I haven't had a wine or beer. Alcohol is definitely what's caused me to become unhealthy.
