Overnight oats! If youve heard of them perfect if not use them. Ive found that these are perfect for starting your day with a big calory boost.

Prepare it before you go to bed and there are no breakfast worries when you wake up!

I use

100gr oats
320m fullfat milk
Half a banana
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 scoop of whey protein

Totals:
770 calories
46gr protein
90gr carbs
23gr fats

Boom first meal down eat a meal again every 2/3 and youre set for the day without having to down 1500 calory dinners

Try whey isolate (whey protein allergy could be lactose intolerance as well?)
Otherwise hemp protein, egg white protein powders or powdered beef isolate are just some replacements i found with a quick search.

For the milk just use lactosefree milk?

Im not a protein expert mate. Just give it a shot. The main thing is the oaks soak up the flavour of whatever you put there so vegan protein if its also a powder can also easily be mixed in
