Hi- My calorie goal is 1200 per day. I'm usually OK if I can get some exercise in but on those busy days it's hard. On the days without exercise I find it really hard to stay within 1200 calories. I'm so hungry. Any tips? Low calorie snacks? Anyone else have this issue? Thanks.
Sorry for the overload of questions. Just have so many. We enjoy going out on the weekends. Is it ok to have a cheat night? or will that just ruin the whole week?
Sorry if this is a duplicate. MFP set up my macros based on calories. Do I leave them as they are or adjust? Or should I just worry about my calories?

When I enter in my info for my profile it says I should eat 1200 per day however when I go to the food tab the total on my daily goal is 1523? Shouldn't that say 1200? Not sure if I'm doing something wrong. Thanks!
Are there any brands of wraps or syrian bread that are considered clean? I wanted to find some items that are hopefully available in mainstream grocery stores (ie Market Basket, Hannaford, Stop and Shop). Thanks!
