Who takes up an entire squat rack to do hanging leg raises and nothing else!?
Never have I hovered so hard :) Eventually I politely asked him if he'd mind going to use the bars so we could actually squat, but by then he was on his last set. This is not intended to be a rant.. just an expression of disbelief :)

... aren't they very similar? I mean, I'm not going to suddenly stop lifting when I'm happy with my body fat, and I'm guessing protein doesn't become any less important for maintaining muscle. What am I missing? Thanks!
