Americans in Germany!

My husband and I are moving in a few months! I've lived on the west coast my entire life, so this is going to be a huge change! I'm super excited though.

Anyway, I guess I'm just putting it out there on the off chance that anyone here happens to be where I'm going (Vilseck) and because I'd love to hear anything you'd like to share with me about your experience moving from the US to Germany.

    I'm in UK, not in Germany now, but was stationed @ Ramstein (USAF) 97 to 2005, when I moved here. Germany is great, really clean, you can find great bread & fresh veg, & Christkindle markets are terrific,

    I'm in Vilseck! I'm short and overweight so I been trying to go to the gym every day
