EC Stack
I've been doing an EC Stack for about 5 weeks now consisting of 1 Bronkaid and (2) 200mg Caffenie pills (one time with breakfast and one time with lunch). I'm just wondering if this is something I should cycle off and on with or just keep at it?

Eating back Cals
So I'm starting a cut phase right now and allow myself 2200 cals/day. So many Avocados so little time
I always add half an avocado to my scrambled eggs in the morning but the window for them being fresh is so short I always have a few extra that I need to use fast.
