I've been doing an EC Stack for about 5 weeks now consisting of 1 Bronkaid and (2) 200mg Caffenie pills (one time with breakfast and one time with lunch). I'm just wondering if this is something I should cycle off and on with or just keep at it?

    I've read some convincing bro-stories that suggest adrenal fatigue from long-term use is real. I have never seen any actual studies though. I do know that you will build a tolerance up quickly, and that may tempt you into upping dosages. E was banned for a reason; I personally know someone that had heart problems and the suspected cause was E abuse. You will probably be OK without cycling, but is it worth finding out?

    Yeah, right now I'm kind of at the point where I think I should take a couple weeks off just to avoid that tolerance...I'd rather cycle with it then up the dosage (and you can only buy Bronkaid once a month anyways).
