5'8 looking for motivation!
I am on a search for before/after stories or pics. Us women around 5'8+ who have wide hips/shoulders. I was on the fitness wagon for a long time. Lost 30lbs... then fell off.. but now I'm back! Its hard for me to find inspiration but I am trying! I am a mother of 3yr old twins! I wanna know your story and how you did it!

C-section + core workouts
I got a c-section and my lower gut ALWAYS hurts when I work out my core. Its like pulling a muscle and I have to quit. Whats up with this? Did my surgery ruin something in there? I googled and googled to no avail. Have any of you ladies experienced this as well? I'm thinking about making a doctor visit. Thanks in advance.

My name is Kori. 20. Married. Twins. From Western Mi. Trying to fit into my old swim suit. Need to lose 40lbs! Lets do this! :) Im a smoker. I know, awful, right? Ive tried quitting.. but just turn into a raging B. Im on a calorie deficit of 1800. I work out roughly 3-4 times a week. Moslty cardio. Also my weak points--…
