I have a gym membership but I'm unable to go lately. I was wondering if anyone had success strength training and toning by using tension bands and lighter free weights at home.

On the path
Since June 2016, I have lost nearly 70lbs. I'm well on my way but I still have another 60-70lbs to lose. MFP has been a great help, but the best is the people here who motivate me. I try to eat right and move more. That's my goal. I have struggled along the way but still moving forward inch by inch.

Hello, I'm looking for a good low impact but high burn aerobics video on Youtube. Suggestions on some good ones? Due to a knee injury, I can't do anything that requires getting on the floor because I struggle to get back up and suffer with pain from it. I'm looking for something about 30mins in length.

Blew it!
Yesterday I ended up skipping breakfast, had a good salad with turkey for lunch and then was starving come evening and no where near my calorie goal. Skin problems
Hey all, since I started eating "clean" and lower carb (100g/day usually less) I find my skin is breaking out all over my body. Literately my chest, back and face. I have only been at this for 2 weeks, could it be a "cleanse"? Anyone else have this problem?
