I've been at a plateau since December, lost 12, have 19 left to loose. Now that spring is here, I'm going to fit in a second activity in my day as much as possible! Hi guys! I'm very nervous about this. Should I be eating the extra calories I get when I exercise? Obviously I'll only eat if I'm hungry, and of course something nutritious, BUT will it slow down my weight loss and bulk me up????? Please comment especially if you are seeing results.
