Hi guys! I'm very nervous about this. Should I be eating the extra calories I get when I exercise? Obviously I'll only eat if I'm hungry, and of course something nutritious, BUT will it slow down my weight loss and bulk me up?????
Please comment especially if you are seeing results. I really appreciate the feedback!!!!!!!!

MFP is designed for exercise calories to be eaten back. Some people do, some people don't, some eat half. I eat all mine back and still lose more than MFP calculates. I think my Garmin activity tracker underestimates my calorie burn. Try one method for a month, see what happens, adjust.0
