Hello All! I am a Vegan and I would love any tips you may have. I'm following the Vegan food pyramid, measuring and counting calories. ThAnks so much!!!!

I lost about 40 pounds as a vegan through logging and hitting my calorie goals. My best advice is to focus on accurate logging. Consider a food scale -- it's especially helpful for more calorie-dense foods like nuts, grains, potatoes, pasta, etc.3

Make sure you're getting adequate amino acids (the full profile). You might switch to logging with cron-o-meter which keeps better track of this information.
From there, make sure you take your b12 and you find ways to eat in a sustainable and satiating way. For me that means including plenty of beans, lentils, chickpeas, tofu, seitan, tempeh, and quorn.2 -
