Wacky sodium amount for beans?
My hubby and I are on a low sodium diet because he was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure. The sodium in pinto beans made from dry should be close to none according to a google search. Fear of failing
I'm starting over after being gone from mfp for some time. I've hit an all time high of 330 and I'm discouraged that I have to lose 23 lbs just to get to my last starting weight. Everything has become so hard. Even sleeping is hard now because my body is out of alignment if you will. I have to succeed this time. For good

Calories vary so much
i went for coffee today and had a half of a scone at the coffe place. They bake their own things and the place is not a chain. I looked up scone when I got home. The calorie amounts varied from 540 to 140. How do you handle the wide range of calorie counts?

Do I want to update my goals?
so I've lost over 10 lbs. Woot! MFP asked me if I wanted to update my goals. I said no. I'm trying to remember from my previous try if saying yes means they take away my calories or if that happens automatically. Frankly, if I'm losing weight, I'm not too excited about having fewer calories just yet.

Giving up diet soda. So hard!
i gave up sweets and diet soda and it's the diet soda that I miss so badly! I was drinking soda that didn't even have caffeine, but I apparently have quite an addiction. I don't like spring water and I'm sick of water. What am I going to drink with pizza? Any ideas?
