Does eating too few or too many calories really mess up your metabolism?
how did you determine your activity level? And/or would that really matter? My current job (mail processing, sorting packages), I'm on my feet pretty much 8hrs/ day. And work out 3x/week, weights and light cardio. I set myself up as lightly active.
With busy schedules, odd work hours, do you try and time your meals or do you eat whenever just so you meet your daily nutritional goals? How many meals a day? 3-6 meals?
some meal plans allow unlimited non starchy veggies, do you count your veggies as part of your daily calorie needs or do you enjoy them as much as you want?
Do you prefer a protein shake or eat a small high protein meal after a workout( recovery). Does it make a difference or is it a preference?
