Over the past 3 years, I've lost 80lbs. Since then, I've been struggling with the 20lbs that I want to lose. I use to work out 6x week, weights and cardio, I've trained for and completed my first half marathon. With all this work I've managed to maintain my weight loss +-5lbs. Like a few people have said, we tend to think,…

I have Enell sports bras. Pricey. But, I enjoy running so it's a great investment.

I don't do cheat meals because of how that over indulgence feels. If I want a piece of cake, cookie, MCD burger, or whatever. I'll fit it into my daily meal plan.

When preparing food at home for your family, how would you measure out a serving like lasagne? Or a one pot meal that has several ingredients?

Thank you for this post on weighing food. I lost 80lbs through Curves. I am no longer with them and have been struggling to lose another 20lbs. I've never weighed my food. I'm hoping this will help. I've been pretty much "eye-balling" my portions or using standard measuring cups.

The struggle is real. Consistency is key. Eat the same as you would any other day. It's ok to indulge a little, (a treat) just fit it into your meal plan.

My schedule is not like yours, I work 2am-10am. Meal prep is really important. On my day off, today, I'll prep what I need for the next 3days, chicken, veggies, quinoa, etc....and portioned out in containers. I carry a 75oz jug of water with me too, so I know I've had my 8 glasses for the day. I joined a planet fitness…

I just started a new workout and meal plan. A few days later, I caught a cold, blah! Doing my best sticking with my meal plan. Thank goodness for the tracking tool.

Though I don't have children, I work 2am -10am. Prepping food is a must to help with portion control. Having ready to eat fruits and veggies. I joined a gym that's on my way home so I have no excuse not to go. Ugh, lol...just getting at least 30 minutes a day helps. Parking far from the grocery store or mall or taking…

I've had great success with Curves. I did the 90 day program and lost 32lbs. I was with them for about 2 years and lost about 80lbs. Like a previous post said, you get what you put into it. I am no longer with them now, but continue to workout and watch my diet.

I am wanting to lose 10-15lbs. Just starting a more strength, less cardio workout plan. Changing up my food a bit. Hope it works out, lol..any tips, info would be greatly appreciated.
