Meal timing?

With busy schedules, odd work hours, do you try and time your meals or do you eat whenever just so you meet your daily nutritional goals? How many meals a day? 3-6 meals?

Weight loss is all about eating less calories than you burn.
It doesn't matter what time you eat or how many meals you eat. You can eat all of your calories at 10:00 pm and still lose weight as long as you're eating at a deficit.0 -
Depends on the goal. For weight loss it doesn't matter when you eat. For me, I can't sleep if I go to bed hungry, so I save a meal for before bed. Also, I find I have much less cravings throughout the day if I eat regularly. That way I don't have to worry about having the sudden urge to pound 5 cheeseburgers.
For muscle gain, getting protein in regularly (3-6) meals a day could be beneficial for growth.0 -
I eat "whenever."
In my case, that means when I get home from work. (I bring a small lunch to work every day, but I rarely get a chance to eat it.)0
