my aim was to be 170 by August for my wedding. I've got to 180 and just can't move from there. I can't be bothered to exercise or count my calories I've just completely deflated. since joining my fitness pal I've lost two stone which has resulted in gaining a flap of fat above the tops of my legs. Does anyone know of a way to rid this horrible extra skin ?
