Ways to rid that belly flap

since joining my fitness pal I've lost two stone which has resulted in gaining a flap of fat above the tops of my legs. Does anyone know of a way to rid this horrible extra skin ?

    Give it time to retract. If it hasn't in a year, then chances are it's loose skin and the only options are: fill it back out (as in gain weight or muscle), surgical removal, or acceptance.
