New to Keto - should I count Gross Carbs or Net Carbs?
I have been reading a bit and following the Keto diet for a week now. I have tried to keep my carbs under 50 grams, and have not had a problem thus far. However I had read the other day that some subtract their fiber gram intake against their Carb gram intake, and am wondering if i should consider the same practice? Thanks
