Not a problem, no breath change and no heavy deoderant needed for me.....I do keep up my water and electrolyte intake every day, and didnt get the "Keto Flu"..... curious if others are doing the same.

Not likely food or supplement related, nerve issues just happen, and are VERY hard to get away from because of the constant use or irritation caused by daily activities. I have what is referred to as Cubal Tunnel Syndrome on my left arm, and unless I want to stop working, Im gonna have to deal with it.

Letting your guard down typically comes when you get really comfortable in your diet, due to success or long term use. If it happens to me I think I would get my permanent fix on this by making a KETO dessert recipe, and enjoying the crap out of that. I have a few I have saved for such an event..
