lose fat or build muscle
Hi I'm not sure what I should b doing really. I am 65kg, 163cm tall and not sure if I need to lose weight or gain muscle. I do have muscle just can't see the definition very well. I also have cellulite which is the main reason I don't know if I need to lose weight. Legs and tummy mainly lower stomach are problem areas to me

After workouts, pain
Hi all. By the end of your workout how is your body feeling? Say if you did arms, are they jelly afterwards, can u barely lift anything the next day? Do you legs hurt when your walking out of the gym, are u in pain the next day or so? I don't know if I'm pushing myself hard enough

How do you recover?
Hi all. I had my first day at the gym and its two days later. At home I'm pretty much crawling and at work avoiding walking as much as possible and it hurts so much! How do you recover? Do people go to the gym if they are still struggling to walk?

hi, I've recently purchased a polar ft7 and I'm wanting to know how reliable they are. It say Duration 2.23.53 my average hr was 101 Maximum 138 Fat burn 2.20.24 Fitness 3.22 It says I burnt 502kcal What is kcal? Could I enter in mfp and make my own excercise and say I burnt 500calories?? Thanks for any help
