Hi all.
By the end of your workout how is your body feeling?
Say if you did arms, are they jelly afterwards, can u barely lift anything the next day?
Do you legs hurt when your walking out of the gym, are u in pain the next day or so?
I don't know if I'm pushing myself hard enough

DOMS isn't a good indication of whether you're pushing hard enough so i wouldn't worry about not being sore the next day.
what are your goals, and how much progress are you seeing over the weeks and months? that's how you know if you'e pushing yourself enough.0 -
I don't generally get much soreness. Pretty much only if I do an exercise I haven't done in awhile that challenges my muscles a bit differently.0
