I seriously thought I was making the cellulite on my legs disappear but when I put light on my legs they are still bumpy as heck

Weight loss will help reduce it, but it's a genetic thing. It will NEVER go away completely, but you can reduce it's appearance.

Yeah, it'll reduce as you lose body fat. You can make the appearance better by staying moisturized. Some lighting is just horrid though. It's like that in Lululemon. I never understood why they had the worst lighting while trying to sell me 120 dollar leggings.2
