Weighing vs measuring food
Is it more accurate to weigh one cup of popcorn or to measure it in a measuring cup? Should I only be weighing food? Sometimes I measure and don't which is more accurate representation of the calories.

Losing weight but not inches?
i've been doing this since january 2. So far i've lost 10 lbs, goal is set at .5 lb a week. I haven't really lost any inches and starting to get discouraged. Am i being too impatient? I lift weights 3 times per week and i am weighing my food. Not sure if i need to change anything.

Need help determining activity level
i don't know if i should be set at sedentary or lightly active because it's confusing for me. I have a desk job mon through fri. I go to the gym three days a week for 30-45 min, lifting only. Map my Fitness accurate?
Does map my fitness overestimate calories burned just as MFP does? I use it every time i do activity and i'm wondering how accurate it is.

Starving! How do I get over it?
Before I was logging, weighing , measuring etc I was eating about 2200 calories. My calorie goal is 1590 and I stay at that but I'm so hungry when I get to bed! Am I so used to eating a lot that I can't be totally satiated? Will my body adjust?

Need advice about lifting
I'm currently in recovery with a knee injury so cardio is not happening. I started lifting weights and I don't know know how many times a week is ideal. I've been doing it 2-3 times a week. Is this enough or should I do more? I only do upper body, is that going to himder any progress?
