Following the program I have lost 17lbs in 40 something days. I now have cut my carbs down to under 100 closer to 50 a day. After a few days 2 more lbs have come off. ( not posted yet) Has anyone else done this ? and what is the good and bad of this ? --- I miss my small piece of Lasagna.
5 days into low Carb and averaging 24 carbs a day . -- 8lbs gone. I know that will level out but that is encouraging. --- My bowel movements have actually gotten better.
I would like input from some of the people that have had success on Low Carb Diet I am curious at how many Carbs some of you have used per day. I have heard anywhere from 20 - 100 and you will lose weight. Thoughts? Thank You
I cant believe how easy it is so far. I eat like a King and have not even started to exercise yet. This all started when I went to get a smartphone and the salesperson told me how he lost 70 + lbs using this app. So I tried it and I like it. Still a ways to go but I like the journey so far. B)
24 lbs gone in 60 days. :D I know that's not much compared to most of the people that I see on here but it is a victory for me and I have to tell somebody. Now I march on.
When I start to workout I start to get much more hungry. My wife dropped weigh ( 25lb) when she stopped exercising and just watched her calories, that's all she needed to lose. Before that she could not lose it because she was always hungry. Any tips on how to stop the hunger if you exercise ?
In the last 6 days I am averaging 73 carbs a day. Is that about right for a low carb diet ? I have lost 4 lbs in the last 7 days.
I have been doing this for a bit more than 35 days but today I just ate like a hog and could not get enough. I went over my calorie total by about 1000 calories. This is the first time this has happened. I have lost 15 lbs since I started. --- Has this happened to anyone else ? Is there a reason for this ?
