I’ve been having the same exact problem. Also started on KETO now doing Atkins Level-1. Analized my eating, Carbs, Fats, Proteins. Didn’t realize the carbs in vegetables add up quickly. Staying on Track / Stop snacking at night
I follow MFP during the day. Feel satisfied after dinner. But right befor I go to bed I find myself wanting a snack. Watermelon, almond butter with a few Pumpernickel pretzels. A piece of cheese. Mostly healthy but, still extra calories. Any suggestions for me to stay on track. Also drank some Champagne this weekend.😞

Using My Fitness Pal for a year
Hello, I've been using MyFitnessPal for about a year. I've been logging in and keeping track of calories, and I go to a weight loss clinic once a month for about four months and I've lost 17 pounds. Want to lose 10 more, but it's so hard. I work out but then I eat because I'm hungry.
