Losing Gaining 3 lbs

I’ve been having the same exact problem. Also started on KETO now doing Atkins Level-1. Analized my eating, Carbs, Fats, Proteins. Didn’t realize the carbs in vegetables add up quickly. Intake Carbs-< 20g (5%) Fats- 144g (65%) Protein-159g (65%) Calories 1000-1300. 5’2” Start weight- 158 Now 149.3. Goal weight 135 lbs.
Read a lot about KETO,there’s a large learning curve. For me couldn’t keep it simple to many variables. Atkins is more manageable. Logging in MFP daily. I’m reading the comments looks like there’s some helpful information I can use to keep on track. It’s been 36 days so far. Hoping I will keep the losing momentum. Just broke 150.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
