Hello, Serial starter here. Going to try Keto. Today is my first day. Just gat back from 7 day cruise. Any recipes for Keto or where I can find them. Want to lose 20 lbs.

    65 here started when 54.

    Lost the 30lbs (and have maintained that loss ~9) I wanted on a reasonable deficit, eating all the food I liked while meeting my nutritional goals.
    I went on a cruise when losing, and many more whilst maintaining.

    With 20lbs to lose, consider how you wish to eat for the rest of your life.
    I couldn't give up desserts or wine so Keto, though I have nothing against it, wouldn't have suited my lifestyle.

    You will lose a lot of weight the first couple of weeks, this is mainly water, your fat loss will be dictated by your calorie intake. A suitable rate of loss for 20lbs is 0.5lbs a week.

    Once you go off Keto, if it is not a permanent diatary change, you will gain back a proportional amount of the water weight you initially lost.

    There are lots of Keto recipe sites on the web, and a couple of Keto and low carb groups on MFP where you will get good guidance, do a search for them.
