I follow MFP during the day. Feel satisfied after dinner. But right befor I go to bed I find myself wanting a snack. Watermelon, almond butter with a few Pumpernickel pretzels. A piece of cheese. Mostly healthy but, still extra calories. Any suggestions for me to stay on track.
Also drank some Champagne this weekend.๐

You just have to stop. Want is not the same as need. You could try to incorporate some of those foods into your meals, or have one planned snack night per week, or something.1

Plan a snack. Thereโs nothing wrong with evening snacking if you allow for it in the count. Knowing something is available later keeps me from being on edge.1
