Using My Fitness Pal for a year

Hello,
I've been using MyFitnessPal for about a year. I've been logging in and keeping track of calories, and I go to a weight loss clinic once a month for about four months and I've lost 17 pounds. Want to lose 10 more, but it's so hard. I work out but then I eat because I'm hungry.

That's not much to go on, but you're almost 2/3 of the way to your goal. If it's hard to get by on what you're eating now, maybe you could eat a little more and lose a little more slowly.0

Seventeen Pounds is Awesome. . . So, in other words, your 63% toward reaching your goal. !!!! I tell myself "If it were easy, everyone would be doing it" . . . . . Wishing you all the best.0

A year is fantastic, nice work on the 17 pounds. As you get closer to goal, it does get harder and you do need to be more conscientious in your logging.0

Do you eat foods that enhance fullness, like those high in protein and fiber? http://www.nutrition.org.uk/healthyliving/fuller/understanding-satiety-feeling-full-after-a-meal.html

Just keep going
You are further then you were a year ago. And will reach your goal.
For being hungry...try out some other kinds of foods that maybe keep your more satisfied.
I load up on veggies & fruit and proteins as much as i can.
Never really hungry. But my swimming lately..when i come back home i can eat a horse lollll
So i planned it now before dinner and that solved that problem
And some days ( not much) i need more...i can feel it..so i eat more. It didn't bother my weight loss0
