Scottish mum of 3, starting over again!!!!
Mum to 3 very little people. Find with juggling work and the bambinos it's hard to fit in exercise. Love my food. Love a vino tinto....need to swap this for G&T! Enjoy walking. Have lost in the past with MPG but been really lax of late. Looking for motivational friends with open diaries :)

Binning the Booze
Has anyone ditched alcohol for a year and willing to share their experiences? I've not had alcohol since the 2nd and I'm now considering a personal challenge of a booze free year. I think this is realistically the only way I will banish the mummy tummy.

Has anyone any advice for preparing for 3 days of trekking? I'm a keen Hill walker but as a working mum of 3 toddlers I'm finding it difficult to fit in any exercise. What would be my best option for home workouts? Thanks :)

Festive Goals
Sooooo, I just realised how long it is until the festivities...11 weeks until Christmas. This is the motivation I need to stay on track starting from now!! Motivated by total strangers...
So today I was out power - walking and the amount of strangers that commented on my pace was unreal. It really made me motivated and determined to keep walking...I did 5.5 miles :) Remarks like "you're doing great...how many laps have you done...are you going for a world record...have you been round (the loch) already"…
