scale moving, pant size not
So frustrating.....My scale is reflecting a loss but my jeans/pant size has not changed. This is so backwards...I figured if the scale didn't change, my pant size would atleast ...inches vs pounds.....Any ideas? Water weight? The scale is reflecting a 4-5 lb loss....

Getting started at gym
What "plan" should I follow at the gym to get good workout in beginning? I need to lose approxiamtely 15 lbs but want to build strength as well. I just don't know where to start or how I should begin...Thank you!

I've been doing simple strength training exercises at home 5 days a week for 3 weeks with a five pound hand weight. I'm wondering when I should go heavier and how much of an increase i should go up?

I have started doing different strength training w/ a 5 lb weight and doing some star step exercises 5 days a week...Is this going to be enough to start to help my weight loss/toning goals? Do I need to increase my cardio more than 10-20 min 4-5 days a week?

struggling with exercise
I've been trying the 1200 calorie goal . I've not really lost any weight, though. I go down then up and its frustrating me. I'm 5'2" and 151 lbs according to the scale this morning. I'm trying to incorporate more strength training and exercise in but I have trouble carving out more than 20-30 min of light strength training…
