Hello :) I was wondering if anyone on here has a bachelor degree in strength and conditioning? If so, what are doing with it? Did you continue on for anything additional? Does it require a masters? Was it worth it? Or any additional comments you want to add would be greatly appreciated :)

Advise - energy gels
Good evening :) I was wondering has anyone who has ran a 1/2 marathon have any advise preparing for race day? Any race day tips? How to stay hydrated? I saw an add for energy gels to hydrate while you run longer, has anyone tried these? Are they full of sugar? Thanks in advance
